We’ve recently set up two large Samsung TV screens in the lab! Here’s a quick guide to help you use them effectively.
🔹 Turning Off the Screens (If Required)
If you prefer the screens to be off during lectures, follow these steps:
- Locate the remote near the podium. (Kept in podium’s lower drawer)
- Point it towards both screens.
- Press the Power button to turn them off.
Here is the image of the Samsung remote:
By default, Bloomberg TV channel will be displayed in mute mode.
🔹 Accessing Apps & Live Channels
You can explore various entertainment and information options on the Samsung TV screens:
📡 Live Channels
- Press the Samsung TV+ button on your remote to open the channel guide. Scroll down to access the Live Channel section.
- Use the arrow keys to browse through the available live channels.
- To watch Bloomberg News, navigate to channel 1155 (default).
- For other channels, scroll through the list and press Enter on your remote to select the required channel.
- To exit, simply press the Return or Home button on your remote.
🎥 YouTube
- Press the Home Button on your remote and scroll through the list to find the YouTube option.
- Select the YouTube app by pressing OK/Enter on your remote.
- Once the app opens, choose "Use Signed Out" to browse YouTube without signing in.
- Press the Left Button, select the Search icon, and type your desired keywords to find videos.
- To exit, simply press the Home button on your remote.
