We’ve recently set up two large Samsung TV screens in the lab! Here’s a quick guide to help you use them effectively.

🔹 Turning Off the Screens (If Required)

If you prefer the screens to be off during lectures, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the remote near the podium. (Kept in podium’s lower drawer)
  2. Point it towards both screens.
  3. Press the Power button to turn them off.

Here is the image of the Samsung remote:

By default, Bloomberg TV channel will be displayed in mute mode.

🔹 Accessing Apps & Live Channels

You can explore various entertainment and information options on the Samsung TV screens:

📡 Live Channels

  1. Press the Samsung TV+ button on your remote to open the channel guide. Scroll down to access the Live Channel section.
  2. Use the arrow keys to browse through the available live channels.
  3. To watch Bloomberg News, navigate to channel 1155 (default).
  4. For other channels, scroll through the list and press Enter on your remote to select the required channel.
  5. To exit, simply press the Return or Home button on your remote.

🎥 YouTube

  1. Press the Home Button on your remote and scroll through the list to find the YouTube option.
  2. Select the YouTube app by pressing OK/Enter on your remote.
  3. Once the app opens, choose "Use Signed Out" to browse YouTube without signing in.
  4. Press the Left Button, select the Search icon, and type your desired keywords to find videos.
  5. To exit, simply press the Home button on your remote.
