As the new year kicks off, we are excited to share the latest events and highlights from the School of Business! Thank you for your continued support—we hope everyone’s semester is off to a great start!
Stevens High Frequency Trading Competition (HFTC25) Update
The Stevens High-Frequency Trading Competition is set to begin next month, as selected teams from a total of eleven different universities gear up to develop and test their own trading algorithms. Utilizing SHIFT, Stevens’ proprietary high-frequency trading simulation platform, students will navigate simulated financial markets, applying their skills in a fast-paced, real-world setting.
With cash prizes ranging from \$400 to \$2000, teams will compete to optimize their strategies and outperform the competition. The event officially launches on March 24, so keep an eye out for updates as the action unfolds!
